Intro To Pole*

For one hour, ever fancied learning to pole dance but didn’t know if it was for you. This is a great way to test the waters and get a taste of pole dancing without committing to a full course. You will learn everything from correct hand positioning to proper body alignment, basic pole moves, transitions, and floor work. You will learn how to move around the pole like a sexy diva, all while building sexy lean muscle. You will learn the same routine each week this will allow you to master the moves before you commit to a series. No experience necessary this class will accommodate 10 ladies; we operate on a first come first serve basis.

Open Pole Play Practice*:

Is a dance class for Pole Spin Secrets students of all levels to come in and practice their pole dancing skills? This class is a great way to enhance your skills and see other students in different levels work the pole. This class is formatted with one person per pole for students to reap the full benefit of practicing one-on-one with their own pole. Instructors do not teach anything new; Instructors will always be present for safety or to answer any questions, aid you if you’re having any problems with a move, demonstrate a move, or to just cheer you on when you’ve got it down! This is a great way to get your dose of pole dance more than once a week. Please note open pole is for PSS Students however if you have pole dance experience on an intermediate or higher level from another studio and you are interested in taking classes with us. We welcome you to take a skill test as an evaluation for us to place you in the right level with our technique so you do not have to start over from the beginning. Pole, chair, & mat are included in your open pole class.


Open House*:

Pole Spin Secrets now holds open houses on a monthlyy basis on the weekends that are held on Sundays. This open house gives everyday women like yourself the opportunity to come into our studio to get a tour of our facility, meet the staff and get a free 1 hour workshop that gives you detailed information on the history of our company, free giveaways and learn more about the services we offer. You will have the chance to demo some pole moves and test drive some sample aerobic classes, if you have any questions or concerns pole spin secrets studio friendly staff will answer right away. Chick Boxing Babes Sexy Abs, Bikini Bottoms & Fab Thighs Boot Camp:

Are you a boxing babe? Get ready to kick butt! PSS tribute to chick boxing will pump up your femme fatale mojo. This 1 Hr. Class will teach you how to take control and incorporate fun fitness techniques with our creative one of a kind sexy abs, bikini booty and fab thigh routine created by the owner, while combining various elements such as pole, chair, floor and you; that will trim down and tone up those feminine problems areas! Get motivated, inspired and renew your inner self in a supportive atmosphere surrounded by your instructor and class sisters, this class is a tough workout for a tough cookie while developing strength and balance.

Striperella 101 Basics:

Have you been wondering what all the “hype “is surrounding exotic dancing? This 1 Hr. Class will teach you the basics exotic dance moves, from the walk, hip rolls, the squat, the different crawls and floor routines. Then you will learn how you can turn an ordinary household item like a folding metal chair into a sexy prop. Water Bottle, Face Towel, Yoga Mat

Dancing Like the Stars:

So you think you can dance like the stars. Well here is your once and a lifetime opportunity to be a sexy dancer like the stars. Well here is your Beyonce, Ciara! Take this class and master your favorite musical super star as we teach you a new sexy dance routine based on one of their most popular music videos. This 1 Hr. starts off with a warm- up and gradually move you into learning new dance steps and finally lights camera action it’s time to dance for the cameras as you put together the moves and shake it like your performing live on stage. You can take this class once or by a class card and attend each week to learn more steps. You choose what dancing like the star you want by dressing up as a celebrity of your choice. Jiggle It Wiggle It:

1 Hr. class teaches you to shake your ass-sets like you never have before, work that ass show them what you’re working with; shake what your mama gave you. Whip that booty into shape with this fun filled dance class that will teach you the sexiest booty shaking techniques. Pop, shake, clap, jiggle & wiggle it to the hottest hip-hop/ R&B exotic sounds while you strengthen your gluteus maximums, hamstrings and quads. This 1 hr class will give you the buns of sexy steel that you have always dreamed of. Water Bottle, Face Towel, Yoga Mat

Lap Fit & Dance Aerobics:

Take this fun and sexy lap dancing class with a friend and learn a beginner lap dancing routine that will your man’s mind. Start with a sexy warm-up of sensual stretches. Move right into learning the chair approach, the big tease. Final ride and the chair exist. At the end of class watch the magic unfold as you take turns running through this sensational lap dancing routine that you can take home to thrill your lover. Suggested Level Of Progression: This is beginner level drop-in class.

Dirty Dozen Floor work:

Come experience the sheer pleasure of sensual floor work. Learn dynamic stretches, sexy floor poses, legtrix, v-flexes, flirting fundamentals, transitions, body motions and hip robotics. Work the floor like a pro as you learn the most seductive floor routine that will tighten and tone your legs, abs and arms.

Attire: shorts or Leggings, Baby Tee Or Tank Top, Knee Pads (Suggested) and Stiletto shoes w/Ankle Strap (4”-6”) Ladies even though we will use pads and a yoga mat we do not recommend this class if your knees are extremely tender or you have had knee surgery



Chair Dancing Strip Tease:

Learn a sexy chair dancing routine as you strip away your inhibitions and let yourself go. Move over Pussycats Dolls! This class will teach you various chair positions, grinding techniques and a hot and steamy striptease as you work a chair in ways you never imagine. Feel the burn as you work your legs and abs in this sexy chair dancing striptease class. Please Note this is a drop-in class that you can pay as you go, you can save and buy a class card or even purchase a membership. Pole Personal Training (In- Home)*:

Just as we travel to your home for traditional personal training, We Will Travel To You for pole PERSONAL TRAINING!!! Learn the art of pole dance while burning calories, increasing upper body strength, and having a great time with a one or two hours pole instructions session with our instructor! Class is designed based on each student’s current level and abilities. Great for those who want that extra attention. We bring the studio to you. (Travel fees may apply)



Private Group Lessons*:

These are held by appointment only and there is a minimum of 6 people or more per booking. This is a great class for 6 or more too sign-up for our 6 week series with your friends, or colleagues to come and enjoy time together doing something different.



Private one on one*:

Have a special event coming up? PSS can help you get an extra special routine in place for that big day. A private instruction is conducted on a one two one basis with an instructor for pole or non-pole classes. A phone consultation will be done prior to your lesson; we will develop a plan to help you reach your personal goals. This class is designed around you and we will work on and push your development forward with undivided attention. PRICING: Each instructor has their own private lesson rate. Pole Program Courses*:

Our lessons run weekly, daily. We currently run the following weekly courses. You will learn the following in all our pole programs: Basic safety, pole instructions, choreographed routine, Aerobic warm-up for pole dancing and a sexy flex warm-down



FREE Sunday Faith and Fitness Pole Dance Classes*:

This is a great way to bond with your church sisters on a Sunday afternoon. All you need is a church program and upper body strength while embracing this sophisticated sport while listening to upbeat contemporary Christian music.



“Men’s only” Pole Dance*:

More dudes are taking to the poles to work out their abs, not their dance moves. Pole dancing for men is taking off as it allows us to toss aside out inhibitions, get fit and have a laugh at our own expense. From absolute beginners to those moving upward, you don’t have to be an expert or own a pair of hot pants to get the most from these classes. You’ll learn how to dance with confidence, develop core and upper body strength while improving your overall flexibility. It’s a great social experience you’ll will learn excellent dance moves and great coordination. It’s also a great chance to meet other men and you’ll walk away with a smile and still feel muscular like the real men you are. Men classes are taught different from a woman’s only class.



Climb & Inverts*:

This 60 minute class is designed solely to focus on the technique and form needed to achieve optimal results when climbing and / or flipping. If you are having a hard time in any of these areas during your pole session(s). This is the perfect opportunity for you to receive extra guided practice. All pole divas are welcome. There are so many different ways to climb the pole; this class will challenge any level!!! You will leave feeling like a pole dive babe.



4 Week Pole Bikini Boot Camp:

This 60 minute pole dance circuit’s strength and conditioning program Pole Bikini Boot Camp is a mix of beginner through advance pole strength moves for everyday women who is interested in getting a great workout that will help build strength. Each pole is use as a station and you will be given different exercise to work different muscle groups of your body with lots of core strength, intervals, cardio that will burn 500 calories or more, isometrics, endurance and upper body strength which require to pole dance sensually, safely and will make you strong and ready for the next level of pole.



Exclusive 6 Week Pole 90 Course*:

If you would really like to focus on your pole dancing development and you’re all round fitness in one session this 6 week course is for you. Each class lasts 1.5 hours and encompasses your core conditioning training followed by focused pole training then in-depth stretch. In one class you are cross training your body to work on muscular strength dancing, pole skills as well as obtaining and developing your flexibility.



Playful Diva-Pole 90 Beginner:

Good Bye Good Girl, Hello Diva! Our level 1 course is the ideal way to learn the basics of pole dancing. Your will learn basic climbs, Upside down bow and arrow, spins, Beginner handstand and dance moves and transitions as well as a choreographed pole dance routine. This course is taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment. This course runs $135p6w



Balanced Diva- Pole 90 Beginner:

Our Level 2 courses building on the foundation laid in level 1 and develop your skill and strength to enable you to start with climb pose, floor spins, slides as well as building more complex dance moves into the choreography. Tone Diva- Pole 90: Intermediate:

Our Level course builds on the stamina and strength that you’ll have developed in the previous levels. You’ll continue to explore the core moves but further develop them with holds and more work on inversions; it’s also time to Incorporate Chair Dancing. At this stage the routine is significantly more complex allowing you to express your new found skills. Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment. Polerina Diva- Pole 90: Beginner/Intermediate:

Our Level 3 courses see’s you moving into an exciting area of Pole Dancing, as well as building on your Level 2 foundation with new and exciting variations of spins, Transitions. It’s also time to incorporate props. This is the first level at which we explore inversions. This exciting area of Pole Dancing tremendous fun and will really get you hooked. Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment this course runs.



Queen Diva- Pole 90: Intermediate:

Moving on with this course will push you physically and mentally as you try to master some of the pole tricks and dance moves. The course includes such exciting inverts (upside down), flips, and holds, spins and combinations. Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment. Power Diva- Pole 90 Intermediate/Advance:

The Level 6 course focuses on mastering and perfecting some of the most complex pole tricks and dance moves introduced in Level 5 these moves will be taught in their last and most complex stages where you learn Drops, more spins and combinations while incorporating lap/strip tease. Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment. This course runs $135p6w



Cougar Diva- Pole 90:

Welcome pole divas!!! This is a “pole maintenance” class so you can stay connected to yourself and other pole divas. You have discovered your “potential”! Pick the focus of your level 6 experience and continue to amaze yourself! Taught by one of our highly qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment. This course will run $135p6w



Pay As You Pole Classes*:

This is a great way to get a taste of all pole dance fitness class to see if it’s for you, this is one day class that is good if your are unable to commit to a six week block. This class is mixed levels and we work on a new routine every week which has several of the moves to suit all abilities in the class. This is a way to test out different levels before you book a series.



These classes are a onetime class and can be taken as often as you like. This one day class offers a new routine every week, however if you come the same week you will learn a different lesson.

Dress Code: No lotions or jewelry. Class can be done in ballet slippers, stocking socks. Bring your heels just in case you desire to wear them they are optional some classes they are (mandatory)! Heels give you more of a work out from the weight of the shoe and help with posture. For beginners you may wear leggings or yoga pants however as you progress in your pole level you will need shorts as you will need as much skin exposed as possible to cling to the pole. Sports bra or tank top. We suggest you wear or invest in stripper heels instead of street heels. The plastic on the shoe help you grip the pole or wear boots, especially when you are learning to climb they give you that extra boost.

Week End Pole Dancing Workshops*: For those who want to focus more on detailed instruction on pole dance tricks and choreography, Pole Spin Secrets offers a variety of Pole Dance Workshops. These workshops range from one hour focus on different areas of pole dance skills. We offer Pole Dance Workshop on Every Sunday Weekly, our pole dance workshops offering to give you more options and flexibility with your pole dancing training. Breaking up the content into individual one hour workshops. The workshop plan will allow you to pick and choose just the material you want to focus on, in the order you choose, but still have the opportunity to progress to more advanced levels.



Just Dance Routine - 1 Hr. All Levels Pole dance workshop teach you the “dance” part of pole dance. You will learn transitions, choreography and filler moves, and spins that can be used alone or combined with tricks in the pole trick strength workshop. There is no pre-requisite for this class, and it may be replaced as many times as you would like. Student must have completed at least level 1 to take this workshop.

Just Spins, Transitions and Floor Work- 1 Hr. All Levels (Free Style and Flow) In each class we will work with “guided freestyle” reviewing spins and transitions you already know- then practice individual freestyle emphasis will be placed on creativity, style, and flow. This class will consist of perfecting moves previously learned in our program and is appropriate for all skills levels including advanced. Students will not be taught new pole work in this class. This is all about flow and movement…Just enjoying the dance! This mixed level workshop will include spin, transitions and floor work.

Climbs and Spins - 1 Hr. Beginner/Intermediate pole dancing workshop that focuses on teaching your various intermediate flying pole spins, pole climbing descending techniques. This class is a confidence builder to get you comfortable with flying and climbing techniques, right into learning various flying spins.

Pole Trick Strength,Climbing Transitions,and Inverts - 1Hr. Intermediate/Advance focus on teaching you various advance pole dancing tricks. Your confidence will build to get you comfortable inverting upside down, right into learning various pole tricks that consist of learning multiple complex combinations and variations of inverted spins, transitions and poses, shoulder mount, layback and much more.



Monthly Workshops*:

Are a great to take if you are coming from out of town, can’t come to any of our other classes, or just looking for a unique experience to enjoy for yourself! No experience needed. *These workshops do not have to be taken in any particular order.

Specialty 4-Week Non-Pole Classes*:

• Adult Baton Twirl & Dance: 1 Hour: Our four week class sessions start at the beginner Level, followed by an intermediate level, and ending with the advance level. Each class will. Each class will introduce basic moves that include baton terminology, basic twirling skills, hand- eye coordination and wrist flexibility, hand twirls, rolls and tosses, variety of catches and releases emphasis will be placed on increasing flexibility and perfecting body placement.

• Lap Dance: 1 Hour: Want to learn an unbelievable lap dance- how to start the lap dance lap dance the different transitions and steps how to make that connection with your partner. We will teach you how to turn that special someone and while they are sitting in the chair with seductive classy moves. Learn the basics and foundation of a good lap dance

• Sexy Chair- 1 Hour: Learn the art of seduction through chair dancing! You will never look at your ordinary chair the same way again! Learn the basic of a sexy chair dance! Everyone will learn floor work while allowing you to express sensual movements including slow sexy leg work, hair whips, body and hip rolls and some awesome choreography, in our alluring chair dance routine that will make you feel sexy all over.

• Burlesque 101: 1 Hour: If you want to explore and draw out your sexy sensual inner burlesque you will lean floor, strip tease and chair routine all in one party.
